[aubio-user] AubioNotes for Python

Hi Abby,

there is no aubio_notes yet in libaubio, only examples/aubionotes.c, a
program that calls both aubio_onset and aubio_notes to create notes from
both.

i started a branch to add this feature, it should get in fairly soon.
