[aubio-user] Using aubio 0.4.0 from python (windows)

Hi Aymeric, I was passed a page regarding your successful build of aubio 0.4.0 from python in windows from Paul Brossier.  


I’m hoping you can give me a bit of advice on my problem following your instructions. 


I’ve installed python XY 2.7.5.2 which comes with mingGW32-xy

and I see I have GCC 4.5.2 working in my cmd.


so the problem comes when I put in:

python .\waf configure build -j 1 --check-c-compiler=gcc


it runs well for a while but crashes on 46/193 in the ld.exe returning:

collect2: ld returned 255 exit status


Do you see any differences or know any reasons why I’m getting this error?
