aubio 0.3.2 released

Hi all,

Lots of changes to talk about in the latest version of aubio:

 - check c compiler for -Wextra option
 - add lash support to aubioonset, aubiotrack, and aubionotes
 - improve compilation on Mac OS X, mingw and cygwin
 - add simple c interfaces to onset and tempo tasks
 - allow the use of two beat trackers simultaneously
 - add test programs for most c functions
 - add most missing free calls
 - fix some out of array writes
 - more gcc warning fixes
